Loggers Broad Form

Loggers Broad Form Liability Insurance is a separate policy form.  All businesses operating where a fire may ensue should purchase this coverage.  Loggers Broad Form is not General Liability. It is important to note that Insurance carriers will not issue LBF if you do not have General Liability. Thus both policies are required.

General Liability Insurance

General Liability is required for “loggers broad form” insurance. The two polices are separate from one another.  Most of the time General Liability covers the following:

  • Bodily Injury to others
  • Property damage
  • Advertising Injury
  • Product Completed Operations
  • It does not include “Loggers Broad Form” liability

If you have now, or have had General Liability Insurance in the last three years, please order you loss runs from your prior insurance carrier(s).
