We know your time is of great value. We also realize that providing you with an accurate quote in a timely fashion is also necessary as time is money. 

This “particular” application is tailored for loggers performing such activities and timber falling. Why this particular form? It is our experience that MOST insurance companies will not offer workers compensation insurance policies to loggers. We can and will in most instances. Here is a list of what we need.

1. Time – On new ventures (individuals and businesses with no prior history of insurance) are considered. The “time” to quote is approximately five working days. New Ventures can also be classified as businesses that have NOT had workers compensation in the prior year(s). Businesses that cannot provide written proof from an insurance carrier are considered new ventures. There are some exceptions. 
2. If not a new venture, please order your insurnace history. They will be required. We will intake your application information into our Agency Management System and put a hold for up to ten days. After this period of time we will close your file as “inactive” for lack of required information. 
3. Payroll estimates are required for all class codes. In “most” instances you can begin typing in the occupation. For example, “logging” and a class code should appear. If you still cannot find the class code you can click here and go to your States’ Workers Compensation Division. Class codes are also called SIC (service industry codes).
